What is your shipping policy?
I would like to place an order, but I do not have PayPal or a Credit Card, can I still make a purchase?
Of course! Please email us at [email protected] so we can arrange a payment method and discuss the order.
I live in the DMV area (or close by). Can I pick up my order? Will I receive the shipping cost back?
Yes! If you live in the area, then please email us after completing your order so we can set up a suitable time for the pick up. Once your order has been picked up, you will be refunded the shipping fee.
How soon do you ship orders?
We try to ship our orders within 48 business hours of receiving them. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay due to weather, holidays or occasions. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately. You can always email us
with questions regarding your order and which day it will ship. Once the order has been shipped, please allow 2-5 days for your order to arrive. Please note that our business days are Monday, Wednesday-Saturday.
How soon do you answer customer inquiries?
We usually respond within 24 hours; however, there may be an occasional delay. Once you have received the automated response, please be patient with us, as we will reply you as soon as possible.
I am having trouble checking out; the page will not move past my cart even when I click "Checkout". What do I do?
We apologize for this inconvenience, as our site has a small kink that we still need to work out (and we are working on it). Meanwhile, please use the site www.zmhijabs.bigcartel.com, re-add your items to the cart, and checkout. Everything should go smoothly, but if you still continue to have trouble then please email us immediately at [email protected]
I am looking for a particular design or fabric, but I don't see what I'm looking for on your site. Is there anything you can do?
Yes! Please email us at [email protected] with a description (or picture) of the kind of design or fabric you are looking for. We will try our best to find and order scarves that match your preference!
If I don’t like my items, can I return them?
If you are not pleased with your items you must contact us
within 5 days of receipt for a refund (you are responsible for the shipping fee).
Refunds are only for items returned in the way they were
sent out. We will not issue refunds for already used hijabs or accesories.
If there is something wrong with your scarf, discoloration or a tear, we sincerely apologize for that. Unfortunately we are not able to
open all hijab packages to check the quality and some bad ones do slip
through. If something is wrong please email us a photo and your concerns at [email protected] and we will work on issuing a refund or sending a
replacement.
Please make sure when ordering you read the product description as everyone’s computer displays the images colors slightly differently. We cannot cover return shipping charges for items ordered and thought to be something else. Refund for shipping is only available for damaged items in the rare case that something is received that way.
To return an item, please make sure you contact us first. Be sure to include the following information:
- NAME
- ADDRESS
- ORDER DATE
- METHOD OF PAYMENT
- ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED
- REASON
